GREIF-VELOX is divided into four main departments. This division helps ensure the flexible and agile operation of our individual units.
The first department, “Administration”, is tasked with all back-office activities. The company management is responsible for the functioning and coordination of the various units. This includes parts of the own unit such as HR and Finances, as well as parts of other units such as the interdepartmental project coordination between Service and Realisation.
By connecting everything to this single management node, and with the help of smart (collaboration) tools, we ensure efficient and transparent exchange for all projects, with the perfect collecting, documentation, and planning of process information.
