The heart of the container system: the BVPV

At the heart of the VeloUnit is the BVPV gross-weight pneumatic packer. It precisely fills bags weighing between 5 and 25 kilograms with powders, granules, pellets, and product blends. A specially developed dosing technology with a calibratable weighing system ensures high dosing accuracy and minimal product loss. Product-gentle filling is achieved via an air stream tailored to the specific product.

The hygienic design, featuring stainless steel components that come into contact with the product and optimized hopper geometries, reduces cleaning effort and downtime while minimizing the risk of contamination.

Options for Container Operations

To ensure that process conditions within the container solution remain stable, additional systems such as ventilation, air conditioning, or weather protection can be integrated depending on the location and application. This ensures that plant operations remain safe and reliable even under demanding environmental conditions.

Despite its compact design, the system remains accessible via maintenance hatches and access points. In multi-story container solutions, additional platforms and stair systems ensure access to the upper container units.

Three levels of automation for every requirement

Depending on production volume and the desired degree of automation, the VeloUnit is supplied in three versions.

Manual Execution

The manual version combines an air packer, ultrasonic sealing, and a control and operator unit into a single compact system. It is particularly well-suited for smaller production volumes or applications that require a higher degree of manual intervention.

Semi-automatic version

The semi-automatic version expands the system to include automatic bag-loading systems and conveyor technology. This reduces the amount of operator intervention, increases process stability, and supports continuous material flows.

Fully Automatic and Multi-Pack Versions

In the fully automatic version, automated bag feeding and robot-assisted palletizing complement the bagging process. This enables largely autonomous operation with minimal personnel requirements and high process reliability.

For high throughput in continuous production processes, the system can additionally be equipped with multiple packers and a Valvomat 4; this allows for up to 800 bags per hour with four packers. Additional foundation work may be required for this, which is why these variants are primarily intended for stationary use.
