Many paths lead to the right product on the new website: via the industry overview for chemicals, petrochemicals and food, visitors can navigate from the respective specialist areas to the corresponding systems for filling powders, granulates and liquids. The product pages are clearly structured according to the various requirements, from full-line systems to solids and liquid filling and palletizing & load securing.
Product configurator for liquid filling systems
The product configurator is brand new: it offers users the opportunity to put together their own Greif-Velox R-Dos liquid filling systems step by step online. After selecting the components and having them checked by a specialist, the customer receives a quote within a few hours.
New contact area: Find the right contact person with just a few clicks
The completely redesigned contact area is now available to help customers find the right contact person in Greif-Velox's global service and sales network: visitors can find the right contact person for their area simply by selecting their region and requirements. "This means that every one of our customers worldwide knows within seconds who can help them with their request," says Greif-Velox Director Sales Sebastian Pohl. "In this way, we are even closer to our customers in the international market and can offer them an even better service."
