With the Essential Line, GREIF-VELOX is offering standardized, preconfigured filling systems with short delivery times for the first time. The R-DOS Essential, for example, is a compact, semi-automatic filling system for canisters, drums, and IBCs with a weighing range of 20 to 1,500 kilograms. It is particularly suitable for companies seeking a reliable, cost-effective solution without complex project planning.

For more demanding requirements—such as the filling of hazardous substances, foaming, or highly viscous media—the fully automatic A-DOS-FS and K-DOS-A systems are available. These systems combine automatic drum feeding, inerting, filling, and capping technology in a single station and achieve throughput rates of up to 120 drums per hour.

All GREIF-VELOX drum filling systems are designed for steel or plastic drums with bung or clamp-ring lids and handle liquids of a wide range of viscosities. The modular design allows for the integration of additional equipment such as extraction, labeling, and palletizing into a turnkey full-line solution.
