In the autumn, internationalization was driven forward with the establishment of an American subsidiary in order to respond to the increasing demand for bagging machines and filling systems.

New shareholders for GREIF-VELOX

GREIF-VELOX Maschinenfabrik GmbH, Lübeck, has been acquired from the previous parent company, Maschinenfabrik Möllers GmbH, Beckum, as part of a management buy-out by Managing Director Ralf Drews and other members of the management team and the Hamburg-based investment company BPE.
